In order to stimulate and increase food production in the country, they have been approved a bonus for individual agricultural producers, including sugarcane growers, which consists of reducing the tax rate (percentage to be paid as tax) from 5% to 2%, according to the provisions of Resolution No. 76 of 2021 of the Ministry of Finance and Prices (MFP).
