Se publica hoy en la Gaceta Oficial de la República, en su edición ordinaria No. 51, nuevas normas jurídicas, con el propósito de estimular la permanencia en el empleo y facilitar la reincorporación al trabajo de los pensionados por edad del régimen general de seguridad social, así como flexibilizar el procedimiento para dicha reincorporación.
