The sport students’ training in our Province has two educational centers in charge of sports education: “Julito Díaz” Sports Initiation School (EIDE) and José de la Luz y Caballero Provincial School of Physical Education Teachers (EPEF). 

We can say the students’ preparation for the EIDE goes through three edges for a comprehensive educational and sports training. The student-athlete enrolls at the beginning for a school year. If the student manages to obtain sports results, continues the studies in the EIDE.It is compulsory to comply with the teaching hours and pass the grade; therefore, it is important to highlight the objectives are the same of integral education. Comprehensive training is aimed at the formation of values. 

The EPEF is an educational center based on pedagogical training, where students graduate with a medium technical level and specialization in physical education.
